About the role

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Associate to join our new showroom in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The role focuses on delivering a premium shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and after‑sales support professionally.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are neat and secure.
• Coordinate billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.
• Follow security procedures and ensure accurate handling of jewellery inventory.
• Assist in store opening, closing, and support promotional events and festive sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Well‑groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
