Jewellery Sales Associate – Customer Experience

About the role

Join Tibarumal Gems & Jewels as a Jewellery Sales Associate and create memorable experiences for every customer who walks into the showroom. You will be the face of the brand, helping clients discover the perfect piece of jewellery while representing a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Showcase collections and confidently explain designs, quality, making charges and other product details.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom customer‑ready.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to encourage referrals.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in jewellery sales (freshers are also welcome).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer‑first approach.
• Strong interest in jewellery, fashion and luxury products.
• Target‑oriented, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Ability to interact confidently with premium customers.
• Experience with gold, diamond, bridal or fashion jewellery is preferred.
