JEE Faculty (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) – IIT Graduates Only

About the role

IIEIM Pune is seeking passionate IIT graduates to join as JEE faculty for Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics. The role combines classroom teaching with mentorship, helping aspirants master concepts, develop problem‑solving skills and navigate the IIT journey.

Key responsibilities

• Teach JEE Main and Advanced curriculum in the assigned subject, delivering online/live classes and doubt‑solving sessions.
• Design practice questions, assignments, tests and supplementary learning material.
• Analyse student performance, identify gaps and provide targeted feedback.
• Guide students on study planning, revision strategies, time management and career pathways.
• Mentor students about IIT life, engineering branches and future opportunities.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, workshops and represent IIEIM Pune at educational events.

Required profile

• Graduated from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
• Strong command of at least one JEE subject: Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Genuine interest in teaching and mentoring JEE aspirants.
• Comfortable conducting online classes and using digital teaching tools.
