JDE CnC Consultant

About the role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will support JDE CnC implementation and support projects, covering problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Research alternative solutions, conduct literature surveys and vendor evaluations, and build proof‑of‑concepts.
• Create requirement specifications, define to‑be processes and produce detailed functional designs.
• Configure solution requirements on JDE products, diagnose issues, and propose alternative solutions.
• Participate in unit‑level and organizational initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in JDE CnC implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of JDE releases (XE, 8.0, 8.11 SP1, 8.12, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2) and package build, deployment, CNC troubleshooting, ESU/ASU installation and configuration management.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, DB2 and Oracle databases.
• Experience with JDE on AIX, AS400, Linux and Windows platforms.
• Background in complex international projects with global teams.
