About the role

As an Application Lead, you will design, build and configure JavaScript applications, acting as the primary point of contact for project teams. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure milestones are met and guide the delivery of effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and lead the team in delivering JavaScript solutions.
• Collaborate with and manage cross‑functional teams, making key decisions.
• Provide problem‑solving support to immediate and other teams.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to enhance capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of JavaScript experience.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor's degree).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new JavaScript trends.

Required skills

• Core JavaScript (ES6+, closures, promises, async/await, DOM manipulation).
• Front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js and TypeScript.
• State management libraries like Redux or Vuex.
• HTML5 and CSS3 integration.
• Build tools (Webpack, Gulp) and version control (Git, NPM/Yarn).
• Unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine) and debugging with Chrome/Firefox DevTools.
