Java Tech Lead

About the role

As a Java Tech Lead you will develop and maintain moderately complex software solutions that support cutting‑edge equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing. You will collaborate with internal and external customers to define specifications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop code for moderately difficult software projects.
• Design and implement bug fixes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Troubleshoot a variety of software problems and perform testing.
• Define software specifications and interface with external customers on issues.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and compile data for reports and analysis.

Required profile

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in software engineering.
• Understands key business drivers and applies them to daily work.
• Provides informal guidance to newer team members.
• Solves straightforward problems using technical experience and judgment.
