Java Tech Lead – Bangalore

About the role

As a Tech Lead you will participate in creating new products and enhancing existing ones from concept to launch, working within a cross‑functional team. You will provide software solutions by understanding the product system and collaborating with various interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles.
• Design and code complex software features with proper documentation.
• Write automation for new and existing features.
• Provide customer support, troubleshoot and fix difficult software problems.
• Communicate development status and delays proactively.
• Interface with global teams for requirements analysis and scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical engineering with 7‑10 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of software development experience, including maintenance, CI and releases.
• Minimum 3 years of core product software development experience.
• Strong object‑oriented design and programming expertise.
• Professional experience with core Java technologies such as design patterns, multithreading, data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
