About the role
As an Application Lead you will design, build, and configure applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure seamless communication with the team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Java SE solutions.
- Collaborate with and manage the development team.
- Make decisions affecting the team’s direction.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your team and across other teams.
- Lead implementation of best practices for application development.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition development.
- 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
