Java React Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java React Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. The role involves designing and delivering scalable, high‑performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and Azure Cloud, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot back‑end services and React front‑end applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and micro‑services, integrating messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka.
• Define system architecture, translate business requirements into technical designs, and implement cloud‑native solutions on Azure.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline creation, containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes, and ensure secure cloud deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support, monitor production systems, and resolve issues promptly.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• 7–14 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services and micro‑service architectures.
• Proven ability to work in agile teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
