Java Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Integrated Services Group is looking for a Principal Architect to design and govern enterprise‑grade wealth‑management solutions. You will work with Java, Python and the Temenos Wealth Suite to create secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that support real‑time business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and lead large‑scale enterprise solutions, defining solution and integration architecture.
• Develop micro‑services, REST APIs and event‑driven integrations using major EIPs.
• Guide migration from monolithic applications to cloud‑native micro‑services.
• Build and review load‑balancing, fail‑over, caching and message‑driven patterns.
• Implement logging, auditing and API‑monitoring frameworks to meet security and compliance standards.
• Leverage AI tools for automation, modelling, analysis and code generation.
• Mentor development teams, manage stakeholder expectations and lead a team of 10+ engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience aligning technology strategy with business goals in large projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to groom developers and tech leads for architecture roles.
• Relevant certifications: Cloud (AWS or Azure), TOGAF 9, Performance Engineering.
