IT/Desktop Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT/Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to end‑users, maintaining hardware and software assets, and ensuring the security and reliability of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, set up new users and maintain existing profiles.
• Verify peripheral functionality and coordinate hardware repairs when failures occur.
• Create file systems, install software, and apply patches and upgrades.
• Develop and enforce backup and recovery policies, as well as disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Implement company IT policies, security settings, firewalls and intrusion‑detection configurations.
• Maintain Windows (7, 10) and macOS workstations, and Windows Server 2012/2016 environments.
• Handle purchase orders for hardware and manage inventory.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in desktop support or similar role.
• Any graduate degree.
• Full‑time availability for two open positions.
