IT Trainer – Computer & Business Applications

About the role

CompCraft is looking for a Computer & Business Applications Trainer who can effectively train students and working professionals in Computer Fundamentals, Advanced Excel, TallyPrime with GST, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts through hands‑on, real‑world examples.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Basics of Computer & MS Office, Advanced Excel, TallyPrime with GST, and Power BI.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and practical projects.
• Explain concepts clearly and demonstrate applications through live, hands‑on examples.
• Assess learner progress through practical exercises, tests, and projects.
• Resolve students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
• Keep training content updated based on current software features and industry practices.
• Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.

Required profile

• A patient, confident, and enthusiastic trainer who enjoys teaching and can make practical software skills easy to understand and apply.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Excel, TallyPrime, Power BI, or training are an advantage.
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
