IT Systems & Network Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator to oversee and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role focuses on hardware, networking, system administration, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, security controls, and asset management to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and desktop hardware.
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and cabling; troubleshoot network issues.
• Administer Windows desktop and server operating systems and perform regular patch management.
• Configure and monitor basic firewall rules and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory; track lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Administer Active Directory services (user accounts, groups, policies, permissions) and ensure secure authentication.
• Implement and monitor IT security best practices, support audits, and respond to security incidents.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of hardware networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows desktop and server OS administration.
• Hands‑on expertise in patch management and inventory management.
• Familiarity with basic firewall configuration and security policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory services.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
