IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Dezerv is looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to manage and optimise its on‑premises infrastructure, network security, SaaS platforms and endpoint fleet. The role combines hands‑on server administration, network operations, cloud‑based identity management and physical security oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server 2022 hosts, Hyper‑V virtualisation and hardware health via ILO.
• Manage Sophos firewall HA clusters, web‑filter policies, site‑to‑site VPNs and core Layer 2/3 switching, VLAN segmentation and ACLs.
• Monitor ISP performance, Wi‑Fi infrastructure and overall network health.
• Fully administer Google Workspace, including license management, DLP rules, mail security and audit logs.
• Oversee Jumpcloud MDM for Windows and macOS devices, SentinelOne EDR deployment and patch management for OS, firmware and third‑party applications.
• Control physical security systems such as access control, CCTV/NVR and NAS‑based video/audio archiving.
• Lead employee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper account provisioning and access revocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies.
• Strong background in network security, firewall administration and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Hands‑on expertise with SaaS identity platforms, especially Google Workspace.
• Experience in endpoint management, EDR solutions and systematic patching.
• Familiarity with physical security hardware and asset lifecycle management.
