IT Systems Administrator (ITIL Service Delivery)

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to deliver ITIL‑based services across networks, servers, email, backup and security. You will work on‑site in South Delhi, collaborating closely with senior client management and internal IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2021) including AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V and VMware, and oversee VM lifecycle.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and SAN networks.
• Deploy and support Acronis backup solutions and ensure data protection.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot firewall and UTM devices (SonicWall, Sophos, Fortinet).
• Provide desktop support for Outlook, Microsoft 365, G‑Suite and related applications.
• Handle email and network security tools, anti‑virus and patch management.
• Document incidents, follow ITIL processes and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in system, network and desktop administration.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, RAID configurations and virtualization.
• Hands‑on experience with firewall/UTM appliances and backup solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
• Preferably a permanent resident of Delhi or residing near the Yellow Metro line.
