IT System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time IT System Administrator to join our Gurugram office. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the core IT infrastructure that supports our global consultancy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain servers, workstations and related hardware.
• Monitor system performance, manage user accounts, permissions and conduct regular backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and provide timely support to internal teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance and warranty services.
• Document IT procedures, support audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in system administration within a business environment.
• Good understanding of network concepts (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with security best practices, backup/recovery processes and asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
