IT Support & Systems Executive – Full-Time in Surat

About the role

A reputable organization in Surat is seeking a technically sound and solution‑oriented IT Support & Systems Executive. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance, maintain computer systems, software, printers, networks and basic security, and act as the first point of contact for employee IT needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support, install, configure, update and uninstall software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system and application issues using a practical problem‑solving approach.
• Install, configure and maintain printers (laser, thermal, inkjet) and other peripherals.
• Support LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity, manage user accounts, domains and Active Directory.
• Assist with basic firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate, SonicWall).
• Monitor antivirus, ransomware and malware protection; ensure only authorized software is used.
• Maintain records of IT assets and coordinate with external vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Help employees adopt AI‑based productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, hardware, networking or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and support a fast‑paced office environment.
