IT Support Manager – Cloud & Google Workspace

About the role

Impactron is looking for a proactive Senior IT Support Manager to lead internal IT operations for a fast‑growing consulting team. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of devices, cloud identity, and Google Workspace while ensuring a Zero‑Trust security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all help‑desk tickets covering hardware, software, network and access issues.
• Administer Google Workspace – manage user accounts, OUs, Shared Drives and security policies.
• Implement and maintain access controls for third‑party tools such as Slack, Notion, Zoom and Jira.
• Enforce Zero‑Trust principles: mandatory MFA, strong passwords and least‑privilege role assignments.
• Conduct regular access audits and promptly de‑provision departing employees.
• Support leadership with IT compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, local data‑privacy laws).
• Document SOPs for onboarding, software requests and security troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience managing IT operations for organizations of ~200 users.
• Proven ability to manage remote endpoints and enforce security policies.
• Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration (Admin Console, Groups, Security).
• macOS and Windows 10/11 support.
• VPN, Wi‑Fi routing, DNS, DHCP and secure remote connectivity.
• Disk encryption (BitLocker, FileVault), EDR/antivirus management and patch updates.
• Scripting basics (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Google Apps Script) for automation.
• IAM tools and Zero‑Trust security implementation.
