IT Support Executive – On-site (Mumbai)

About the role

Jai Kisan is seeking an energetic IT Support Executive to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems for its Mumbai office. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and connectivity issues, helping internal teams stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system slowdowns, breakages and common technical concerns.
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other office equipment.
• Assist with software installations, updates and configurations.
• Maintain inventory records and asset tagging for IT assets.
• Ensure basic system hygiene, including antivirus checks and timely updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or escalated issues when required.
• Document recurring issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking and common office software.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
• Clear communication skills to provide user‑friendly solutions.
