IT Support Engineer – Onsite & Remote

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver day‑to‑day on‑site and remote assistance to our employees. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and core IT services while maintaining a security‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support via walk‑ups, tickets, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve macOS and Windows hardware and software issues.
• Support and maintain MDM (Kandji), SentinelOne EDR, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, PAM solutions, and vulnerability management tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network devices.
• Manage IT assets: procurement, deployment, lifecycle tracking, and audits.
• Monitor security alerts and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Support meeting‑room technology, conferencing tools, and A/V systems.
• Diagnose and escalate network connectivity problems (Wi‑Fi, VPN, switches, access points).
• Handle new‑hire onboarding and employee off‑boarding, including account and device provisioning.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders on IT projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Security‑first mindset with experience handling alerts and vulnerabilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
