About the role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in‑person.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in system administration tasks, including user account management and system updates.
Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.

Required skills

Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with system administration tasks.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
