IT Support Engineer

About the role

Domino is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT team. In this contract position you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations, support global onboarding and off‑boarding, and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance to developers, engineers, and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets, monitor Jira and Slack IT channels for timely support.
• Manage global laptop provisioning and de‑provisioning for Mac and Windows devices through a third‑party partner.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, deliver IT training to new employees worldwide.
• Administer identity providers such as Google Workspace and Okta, handling SAML/SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Document best practices, expand the IT Knowledge Base, and build scalable support processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years implementing IT management software.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end IT operations in a fast‑paced environment of 150‑300 employees.
• Advanced expertise with MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SAML/SSO, SCIM, SPF/DKIM, VPNs, Azure and Microsoft ADFS.
• Security‑first mindset with strong reliability and edge‑case thinking.
• Proactive process improver who documents and future‑proofs systems.
• Excellent communicator who partners well across teams.
