IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations for users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, email systems and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications and connectivity problems.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365 and enterprise applications.
• Monitor IT systems, resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for issue resolution.
• Document support activities, troubleshooting steps and IT procedures.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning.
• Perform software updates, patch management and system maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration or help‑desk operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
