IT Support Engineer – 1-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join our Kanpur head office. The role involves providing technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, ensuring smooth daily IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network‑related issues.
• Manage user accounts, email and access permissions.
• Configure and support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications.
• Monitor and resolve IT service requests within defined SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in IT Support or Desktop Support.
• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
• Desktop and laptop installation and troubleshooting.
