IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist who thrives on solving complex technical problems and building efficient workflows. You will serve as the backbone of our technical operations, supporting both local and remote teams across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Manage user access and permissions in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and productivity tools such as Asana, Monday, and ClickUp.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security measures, including MFA, VPNs, firewalls, and patch management.
• Support cloud infrastructure, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Document processes and create clear technical guides.
• Streamline internal tool builders and AI‑driven solutions to improve team velocity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration within a fast‑growing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Strong security mindset with the ability to enforce best practices without hindering productivity.
• Problem‑solving orientation focused on root‑cause analysis.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MS‑900, Google IT Support) or equivalent real‑world experience.
