IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud platforms, and on‑premises infrastructure. You will support both Windows and macOS users, ensure security compliance, and streamline onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune, handling identity, device policies, security controls, and integrations.
• Support and maintain cloud environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, including access management, provisioning, and monitoring.
• Manage critical business applications such as HRIS platforms Rippling and Deel.
• Provide desk‑side and remote technical support for Windows and macOS devices, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Process IT support tickets via JIRA Service Management, meeting SLA targets.
• Maintain on‑premises servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking equipment.
• Perform data‑center tasks: server installation, racking, cabling, and hardware upkeep.
• Own end‑to‑end employee onboarding/off‑boarding, including account provisioning, device setup, access control, and asset tracking.
• Support information‑security initiatives and ensure ISO 27001 compliance.
• Manage compliance automation tools like Drata or Vanta for audits and continuous monitoring.
• Identify and implement improvements in IT processes, automation, security, and user experience.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency with JIRA Service Management or comparable ITSM tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with user provisioning, device management, and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
