About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Bangalore. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work with high‑value IT products, consulting, and support services while building a solid foundation in technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Research, qualify, and generate leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Present and demonstrate IT products and services to decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms when required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support post‑sales activities and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT or technology sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
