IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources and Recruitment department. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top‑tier IT talent for both internal needs and our client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the business development team to understand client staffing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree (any discipline) with proven experience in IT recruitment or HR recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily shift timings (10 am – 7:30 pm IST).

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of IT staffing concepts such as contract staffing, staff augmentation, and permanent placement.
