About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its technology teams. The role is fully remote and focused on sourcing, interviewing, and engaging IT professionals for projects with global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and assess overall fit for technical positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and keep applicant tracking records up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven track record recruiting for IT roles.
• Located in India with advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
