IT Recruiter – Full‑Time Permanent Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources and Recruitment department. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top‑tier IT talent for both internal needs and client projects, working a shift from 10 am to 7:30 pm IST.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical fit, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment or HR recruitment within a staffing or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market, including pan‑India and domestic staffing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
