IT Recruiter (Full‑Time, Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Jaipur. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of IT positions across India, handling everything from sourcing to candidate onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles (FTE, C2H, C2C) across pan‑India locations.
• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with selected candidates through the offer and joining process.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of full‑time IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and skill requirements.
• Experience handling multiple hiring models (FTE, C2H, C2C).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred and ability to work onsite in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and follow‑up capabilities.
