IT Recruiter – Canada

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to support our Canadian clients across multiple industries. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Canadian clients, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Canada, Monster, Job Bank, internal databases and referrals.
• Develop and apply Boolean search strategies to locate passive and active talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical skills, experience, communication and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Negotiate compensation and handle offer discussions.
• Record all recruitment activities accurately in the ATS/CRM.
• Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while meeting client turnaround time and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience recruiting for the Canadian IT market.
• Strong understanding of Canadian recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Ceipal.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
