IT Project Manager

About the role

Rentokil PCI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives at its Thane West office. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans covering tasks, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Allocate resources, assign responsibilities and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Agile or Waterfall methodologies and suggest process improvements.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, results orientation and accountability.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
