IT Program Architect – Salesforce & CRM Digital Solutions

About the role

The IT Program Architect will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce and CRM digital solutions for BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad. You will shape the technical vision, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive innovation across large‑scale programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overarching architecture for Salesforce and CRM solutions, defining standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale Salesforce programs, coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including complex integrations, ensuring scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops, requirement discussions, and presentations.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and industry trends, driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance, conducting reviews and audits for compliance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of professional IT experience, with extensive work on Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Proven experience in leading large‑scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
