IT Professional – Network & Cloud Services

About the role

The IT Professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing comprehensive IT services for a user base of more than 250 individuals. This position ensures the reliability of network infrastructure, server environments, Active Directory, security protocols, and cloud platforms while delivering high‑quality help‑desk support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network equipment, servers, and Active Directory for the entire organization.
• Provide end‑to‑end help‑desk support for hardware, Office 365, and specialized engineering software.
• Manage cloud services on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and renewal of CCTV, leased lines, and licensed software applications.
• Implement IT security best practices, conduct proactive system health monitoring, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Document procedures, create reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders across departments.
