IT Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Procurement Buyer to join our global IT Procurement team. The role supports sourcing and supplier engagement for software, hardware and IT services, working closely with business stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Support sourcing initiatives across IT categories, identify and evaluate suppliers, and help build the supplier base.
• Lead and participate in supplier negotiations, applying a results‑oriented mindset to achieve favorable commercial terms.
• Develop, review and execute supplier agreements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement and stay informed of market trends and pricing dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, sales, consulting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations, influence stakeholders and negotiate agreements.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks, ask insightful questions and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Highly proactive, competitive and results‑oriented, with a curiosity‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working in a global, cross‑functional environment and fluent in English.
