About the role
Lead the technology vision and execution for Bosch’s digital enterprise, building a secure, AI‑enabled and scalable environment that drives business growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Lead enterprise architecture, digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI, data, automation and engineering productivity across the organization.
- Establish and govern resilient cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities.
- Govern enterprise applications, technology investments, architecture standards and vendor ecosystem.
- Partner with business, delivery and sales leaders to enable technology‑led growth and customer value.
- Build and lead high‑performing global teams in cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI and platforms.
- Ensure technology governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and operational resilience.
Required profile
- 20+ years of technology leadership experience in global enterprises, GCCs, digital engineering, product organizations or IT services.
- Proven track record leading enterprise technology strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/data and large‑scale transformation.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence boards, CXOs, customers and strategic partners.
- Demonstrated success building scalable technology organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Required skills
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday/SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, Power Platform.
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP; container orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker.
- DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, API Management, Microservices, Platform Engineering.
- Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, Data Platforms, Analytics, Data Governance, Intelligent Automation.
- Cybersecurity: Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, SOC/SIEM, XDR, Secure SDLC, Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
- Digital technologies: IoT, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, Edge Computing, Connected Products, Embedded Systems.
