IT Oracle Fusion Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Oracle Fusion Test Engineer to join AVEVA’s Oracle Center of Excellence in Hyderabad. The role supports the Finance organization by ensuring Oracle Fusion Cloud applications meet business and quality expectations throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute and support testing across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including smoke, sanity, functional, SIT, regression, data migration and UAT.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create test scenarios, test cases and validation strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end testing activities in Azure DevOps, maintaining test cases, suites, plans and defect tracking.
• Document test results, defects, risks and quality metrics, ensuring traceability between requirements and test artefacts.
• Support release validation, provide quality sign‑off recommendations and contribute to QA standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong functional testing experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
