IT, Network & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT, Network & Systems Administrator to own day‑to‑day IT service delivery and to operationalise Identity & Access Management and IT Asset Management as we build an ISO‑ready ITSM foundation. You will run the service desk, manage endpoints, corporate networking and the full joiner‑mover‑leaver access lifecycle while writing and executing audit‑grade procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Run the service desk using ServiceDesk Plus (or similar) and manage SLA‑driven ticket queues.
• Administer Windows and Linux endpoints via Endpoint Central, Intune or comparable tools (imaging, software deployment, configuration policies).
• Maintain corporate network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, FortiGate).
• Execute user access lifecycle (provisioning, de‑provisioning) in a controlled, approval‑based environment.
• Manage IT assets – inventory, tagging, lifecycle tracking and licence management.
• Provide basic AWS administration (IAM users/roles, EC2 basics) for corporate workloads.
• Document SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles; produce audit evidence for ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance.
• Collaborate with senior IT Operations engineer, security team and Head of IT.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on IT administration experience covering Windows, Linux, Active Directory/modern IdP (SSO, MFA) and enterprise networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience operating an ITSM tool (ServiceDesk Plus, Jira Service Management, Freshservice or similar) with SLA‑driven queues.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Endpoint Central, ManageEngine suite, Intune or similar).
• Practical experience executing user access lifecycle in an approval‑based environment.
• Working knowledge of asset management practices and basic AWS administration.
• Strong documentation habits – creating SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Preferred: experience in ISO 27001 / SOC 2 environments, FortiGate, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), HRMS‑driven JML workflow integration, Wazuh or similar SIEM/EDR deployment.
