IT Logistics Technician

About the role

Milestone Technologies is looking for an IT Logistics Technician to provide premium, on‑site support in fast‑paced technology offices. The role focuses on delivering white‑glove service to internal employees and ensuring smooth hardware and network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver concierge‑level customer experience through face‑to‑face, chat, and phone interactions.
• Provide immediate walk‑up support at the support desk, resolving issues quickly.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle for new hires and off‑boarding, including laptop provisioning and asset recovery.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, secure Wi‑Fi, wired connections, and AV/VC system problems.
• Support a wide range of software applications and operating systems, including Office Suite, RSA, Okta, Zoom, WebEx, Jabber, macOS and Windows.

Required profile

• Skilled IT professional with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude for hardware, network and AV/VC issues.
• Experience handling onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
