IT Help Desk Technician (Full-Time, On-Site)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our on‑site team. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, delivering fast, courteous support for hardware, software, networking and account issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level I and Level II technical support to both onsite and remote users.
• Create, modify and troubleshoot user and computer accounts in Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices using MDM solutions.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialised teams and keep users informed of status.
• Document all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
• Deploy, replace and refresh laptops, desktops and peripherals according to schedule.
• Follow IT policies, security standards and ISO requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or desktop support role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation habits.

Required skills

• Support for Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux operating systems.
• Administration of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Exchange Online and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, firewalls and switching.
• Basic PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint management solutions.
• Hardware deployment, lifecycle management and refresh initiatives.
