IT Engineer – French Speaker (Technical Configuration & Support)

About the role

The IT Engineer will play a key role in implementing and managing usages for the ICE (File and Message Hub) platform, supporting French‑speaking IT teams across business areas. The primary objective is to manage client requests, configure end‑to‑end flows and ensure smooth operation in Development, UAT and Production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Technical implementation: design, develop, test and deploy ICE configurations across Development, UAT and Production environments.
• Support & maintenance: manage bugs and incidents during the build phase and provide guarantee‑period support.
• Client engagement: handle client requests, participate in estimation/quotation and collaborate with squads to prioritize requirements.
• Agile participation: contribute to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Continuous improvement: identify and implement opportunities to optimise technical activities and processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT engineering or systems configuration.
• Professional fluency in French and English for client interaction.
• High level of rigor, attention to detail and a meticulous, methodical approach.
• Strong client‑oriented communication and posture.
