IT Engagement & Account Manager – Managed Services

About the role

The Engagement & Account Manager will own the end‑to‑end customer relationship for Managed Services (Infrastructure and SAP) and related development initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the role requires strong customer‑facing leadership, the ability to engage CXOs, translate business goals into IT outcomes, and ensure predictable delivery, service stability and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for IT delivery, operations and service stability.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with CEOs, CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Align IT initiatives with business priorities and long‑term roadmap.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and account growth.
• Engage deeply with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales and Finance functions to translate requirements into service roadmaps and projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and P&L management for the account.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA or MBA; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred; ITIL certification advantageous.
• 15‑18 years of experience in program or project management within enterprise IT.
• Hands‑on background in either Infrastructure or SAP (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing Managed Services (Infrastructure and/or AMS) alongside project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs and CXOs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and related functions.
