IT & Data Solutions Specialist – Remote (India)

About the role

We are looking for an IT & Data Solutions Specialist to join a leading international BPO and IT solutions provider. This 100% remote position supports global partners across multiple industries, helping to deliver scalable technology, business intelligence, and data operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional international teams to deliver IT and data solutions aligned with business goals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and network incidents to minimise downtime.
• Design, implement and maintain secure data pipelines, handling integration, cleansing, validation and analysis.
• Administer user accounts, system access and data‑security protocols in line with policies and regulations.
• Respond promptly to end‑user queries on IT systems and business data, ensuring high service quality.
• Participate in IT and data projects such as migrations, automation and reporting solutions.
• Generate and present reports on system uptime, incident trends and data‑integrity metrics.
• Document technical procedures, workflows and issue resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimise IT operations and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, data analytics or a similar technology‑driven role.
• Proficiency in English with strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, attention to detail and adherence to data‑security best practices.
