About the role

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will lead engagements that deliver high‑quality, value‑adding IT consulting solutions to clients in the financial risk management sector. You will guide projects from problem definition through diagnosis, solution design, development and deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of consulting solutions.
• Review and provide guidance on proposals prepared by consultants.
• Analyze client solutions to identify risks and issues.
• Define change‑management requirements and propose structured communication approaches.
• Coach team members, deliver subject‑matter training and motivate high performance.
• Contribute to unit‑level and organizational initiatives while adhering to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with strategic and cross‑industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial processes, pricing models and domain expertise in credit risk management.
• Excellent client‑interfacing and project/team management skills.
• Familiarity with software development life‑cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
