IT Administrator

About the role

Taradevi's Group is seeking an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to oversee and maintain its technology infrastructure across real estate and hospitality properties. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of computers, printers, CCTV systems, networks, and business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and office software.
• Manage printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other office hardware.
• Configure and maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, routers, and switches.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, antivirus protection, system backups, and access management.
• Support CRM systems, productivity tools, video‑conferencing equipment, projectors, and meeting‑room technology.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate vendor procurement and repairs, and provide user training.

Required profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
• Strong independent troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication skills for user support.
