IT Administrator (IT Support Executive)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, CCTV systems, software applications, networks and user support. The role requires a proactive troubleshooter who can resolve technical issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems and office software.
• Manage printers, scanners, biometric devices and other office hardware.
• Configure and maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity and networking equipment; diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems and surveillance infrastructure across properties.
• Ensure data security, antivirus protection, system backups and access management.
• Support installation, upgrades and maintenance of CRM systems, business applications and productivity tools; assist with video‑conferencing, projectors and meeting‑room technology.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate vendor procurement and repairs, and provide technical support and training to employees.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
• Experience in real‑estate, corporate offices, hospitality or service industries is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with printer, scanner and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Experience installing, maintaining and monitoring CCTV systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware, networking, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
• Familiarity with antivirus software, system security and data backup procedures.
