ISP Shift Operator Supervisor

About the role

The ISP Shift Operator Supervisor will lead the production floor during assigned shifts at Tata Electronics’ new AI‑enabled semiconductor foundry. Reporting to plant management, you will ensure that daily output targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production operations throughout the shift and ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Supervise and guide production operators to achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with maintenance teams, and address any technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit shift reports that highlight productivity, challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise workflow, reduce downtime and improve yield.
• Train, mentor and develop staff to enhance efficiency and skill levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in production supervision or shift management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards and willingness to work rotational shifts.
