Ironclad Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ironclad Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the implementation and enhancement of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable Ironclad solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Ironclad implementations.
• Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting.
• Support user acceptance testing, defect management, and solution validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and create functional specifications.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration.
• Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad.
• Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications.
