Investment Sales Professional – Real Estate – Gurugram

About the role

Colliers is seeking an Investment Sales Professional for its Office Services team in Gurugram. The role combines property advisory, transaction execution and wealth‑management functions, acting as a trusted investment consultant for HNI, UHNI and institutional clients looking to allocate capital into high‑yield real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard HNI, UHNI and family‑office investors through direct outreach, referral networks, wealth‑manager partnerships and events, maintaining a structured pipeline of active investors.
• Present investable opportunities across commercial offices, warehousing, retail and pre‑leased assets, delivering clear IRR and appreciation theses, and creating investment decks with tenant quality, WALE and exit scenarios.
• Prepare detailed Investment Memoranda, coordinate with legal, finance and due‑diligence teams, negotiate deal terms and manage end‑to‑end transaction documentation.
• Track micro‑market trends, capital flows, rental yields, vacancy rates and infrastructure developments in the NCR corridor to build data‑backed investment narratives.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets, cross‑sell adjacent asset classes, and represent Colliers at industry events and investor roadshows.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing or Real Estate preferred.
• 2–10 years of experience in real‑estate sales, investment advisory, wealth management or capital markets, with a proven record of selling high‑ticket properties (INR 10 Cr+).
• Prior experience with an international property consultancy or a premium developer’s investment sales arm.
• Strong network of HNI investors, family offices, CAs, financial advisors or private‑banking relationship managers in NCR/Delhi/Noida.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP, NISM or RERA registration (or willingness to obtain during probation).
